<br />
<br />
Ingredients<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>6-8 Boneless Pork Chops</li>
<li>Flour</li>
<li>Milk</li>
<li>Eggs</li>
<li>Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Garlic,anything that sounds good to you)</li>
<li>Golden Mushroom Soup</li>
<li>Vegetable Oil or Butter </li>
</ul>
Start with heating up your oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. I use just enough to coat the bottom about 2 tablespoons. Next get two shallow dishes or bowls. Fill one with a cup of milk and one egg mixed together and the other with a cup of flour and your seasonings. Dip each pork chop in the milk/egg mixture, then the flour mixture and repeat before placing it in you heated skillet. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes on each side ( I cooked more like 8 on each side because I get paranoid when cooking meat).<br />

<br />
Once you've cooked all your pork chops place them in a baking dish. If they are oily I would put them on a couple of paper towels for a few minutes to drain some of the grease off before this step.<br />
<br />

<a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/106408086453366890495/OurCrazyBoringLife?authkey=Gv1sRgCMiMl7Otq63F6gE#5970975123598527410"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-3Wo6wifER_qG6__0R9lOVm9anBJviQ1WnB3KIiw-SS2-BDufnqKXWfqYDirBstcv6VTkpqvSUf8kjJRFSzdlin-RnzSHx98MJOX6bEO0VsghpJ_tDAKrau3zoAFXUaTLWGGMbOw5UPs/s400/iphone_photo.jpg" style="margin: 5px;" width="400" /></a></center>
<br />
Next sprinkle 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour in the the pan you cooked the pork chops in and slowly add about 3/4 cup of milk while mixing it really good with a wooden spoon. Don't stop mixing or it will get lumpy. After you have your gravy base add 1 can of Golden Mushroom soup and heat until bubbling. <br />
<br />

<br />
Poor the gravy mixture over your pork chops and cook at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes. <br />

So instead of hitting him in the head I tried to remember the chicken enchiladas recipes. I'm not 100% sure if this is her exact recipe so I'm going to check with her but these turned out pretty good.<div><br /><br /></div><div>Ingredients</div><div><ul><li>2 to 3 Chicken Breasts (Boiled and Shredded)</li><li>Onion (Chopped)</li><li>Garlic to taste</li><li>1 Can Chopped Green Chilies</li><li>8 oz Cream Cheese</li><li>8 to 10 Tortillas</li><li>1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream</li><li>2 Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese Blend (Shredded)</li></ul><div><br /></div></div><div><br /></div><div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIbHhpBTDdyhkrU1kYSgGgV2qpW9Sx34gG7U0YU4a3xNYP0cBHdnwRkM5VGeNHCuyN67mX68y3itFocl9vs7NOVg5YVWxrgC2m9Ui3FXWdQVG2X6umVH8uK8x1PzOAyghGfl6Uff_0VyU/s1600/100_1720.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIbHhpBTDdyhkrU1kYSgGgV2qpW9Sx34gG7U0YU4a3xNYP0cBHdnwRkM5VGeNHCuyN67mX68y3itFocl9vs7NOVg5YVWxrgC2m9Ui3FXWdQVG2X6umVH8uK8x1PzOAyghGfl6Uff_0VyU/s320/100_1720.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5563356850137801714" /></a>Saute onions, green chilies, and garlic</div><div><br /></div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjN1JTLumoo9klUdnDy6eSGZYtinChclT2B4hVjzDGEUjgJv2XuGaXNWHPykuLNX4CFF64hWo9tCTRN7lj6MgIpb5q5LzM3IPp4UnW1ppOBwASdTIacisT5SrJHjtPpOD3iOr6oewraWXg/s1600/100_1729.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjN1JTLumoo9klUdnDy6eSGZYtinChclT2B4hVjzDGEUjgJv2XuGaXNWHPykuLNX4CFF64hWo9tCTRN7lj6MgIpb5q5LzM3IPp4UnW1ppOBwASdTIacisT5SrJHjtPpOD3iOr6oewraWXg/s320/100_1729.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5563357443766251810" /></a>Add Chicken and Cream Cheese. I like seeing real pictures of the recipes that people have cooked and not pictures of what a cook book has manipulated different things to show you what it should look like. One of my favorite cooking blogs is <a href="http://plainchicken.blogspot.com/">Plain Chicken</a> she has lots of recipes I want to try out so you will see me linking to her a lot. My first attempt at one of her recipes is a pretty simple one. It's an easy <a href="http://plainchicken.blogspot.com/2011/01/butter-dips.html">biscuit recipe</a>. I think this is the first recipe I've tried were I actually already had all the ingredients on hand! I was so excited about that. <div><br /></div><div>Ingredients</div><div><ul><li>1/4 cup unsalted butter</li><li>1 & 1/4 cup flour</li><li>2 tsp sugar</li><li>2 tsp baking powder</li><li>1 tsp kosher salt</li><li>2/3 to 1 cup buttermilk or milk</li></ul></div><div><br /></div><div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7EKv6BLIvZ940tSKk9HiGLTCEJayYdOb9e3qUgrcQ5HLAJNErmBHPZIDQa6BY5r0VXx6a4ivJ5ES8xblLMYIn4CoxGjYCR_JGgrKIDKw-DG6EjI_FJ0Ke4ASzCxO8dk6DzH014H8ikVo/s1600/100_1699.JPG"><img style="text-align: left;display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 213px; " src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7EKv6BLIvZ940tSKk9HiGLTCEJayYdOb9e3qUgrcQ5HLAJNErmBHPZIDQa6BY5r0VXx6a4ivJ5ES8xblLMYIn4CoxGjYCR_JGgrKIDKw-DG6EjI_FJ0Ke4ASzCxO8dk6DzH014H8ikVo/s320/100_1699.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5562443951648120722" /></a>Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
