Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken
- Rice (about 3 to 4 cups)
- 3 Eggs
- Butter
- Soy Sauce
- Onion (optional)

Start by cutting up chicken into bite size pieces. Cook with about 2 tablespoons of butter and a tablespoon of soy sauce in a skillet. This would also be the time to add onion if you are.

One your chicken is cooked all the way you will add your cooked rice to the pan with a little more butter and soy sauce. I honestly don't measure this out and just keep adding until it looks good. While my rice is warming up I scramble 3 eggs in a
separate pan and then mix them in.

If you wanted to you can add in a can of mixed veggies to make this a little more healthy. I then
continue to cook for about 15 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally.
