Ingredients
- Roast (1.5 to 2 lbs)
- Carrots
- Red Potatoes
- 1 Packet of Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 to 2 cans of Beef Broth ( I use one can of broth and one can of water)
I spray my slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and then place the roast in the bottom of the pan. I top that with the dry onion soup mix and carrots. Then wash the potatoes and cut them in halves or fourths depending on the size and place them on top. Cover with broth and/or water and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Then serve it up! Yummy!!!
